The winter can be a long dull time of the year for some.

We offer short breaks, weekly holidays and 5 month leases out of season from November through to March

Docklow Pools accommodation and the Fisherman’s Arms is closed 23^rd December to 28^th every year.

In the quieter months of the year which is November to March, our accommodation is open predominately for weekend stays.

Fishing is available 12 months a year and of course the rivers can be fantastic in winter months.

Bar and Restaurant is open every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday lunch.

Long Leases

To known customers we offer a “Winter lease” of 5 months to certain properties. It does mean that 40+ properties are rented for 5 months+

What this means is that the remaining properties can be hired for min 2 nights during the quieter times of the year.

Farm house B and B is weekend only to fall in line with restaurant and bar opening.

All prices are upon application.

Gas and electric is priced separately in the winter
