This cottage is full of charm, it is a converted 17th century barn, with original oak beams and traditional fittings. This is our only three berth cottage and has 2 bedrooms.

Downstairs is open plan, you enter the cottage through the kitchen which is well equipped with electric cooker, microwave, and fridge.

The kitchen also has ample storage space.

The lounge as above is quite spacious. Good sized TV now with Freeview.

Upstairs is a charming double bedroom with original tiny windows overlooking the idyllic countryside.

There is also a small bedroom with a single bed and dressing table to suit a third person.

Adjoining the landing is the bathroom, which has a bath, WC and basin.

Kingfisher is for couples only.

Kingfisher Cottage os located on the main site near to the fabulous Fisherman’s Arms. This 2 bedroom traditional cottage is exclusively for couples only. The accommodation includes a private tackle shed and a car parking space. The nearest lake is the Match Pool and Kingfisher Cottage is furthest away from the Major Bill pool. We also offer a similar option in the Foalyard if Kingfisher Cottage is unavailable or if you’re looking for something slightly different.
